Q:   What is your current lead time?

A: Lead times are an estimate time when your order may ship. Lead times are not guaranteed and may change (without notice) due to the current number of orders we have received at the time you have placed your order. We try to keep the website updated with our current estimated lead time, but sometimes we are so busy trying to get orders out the door that it doesn't get updated as fast as we'd all like it too. Lead times will generally increase around holidays. 

Q: What is the status of my order?

A: All products made here at High Country Holsters, LLC are made to order and hand made. We do not have any CNC machines pumping out mass products. All orders are made in the order they are received unless your order is waiting for a particular item to arrive to finish it. When you order you will receive an automated confirmation e-mail with your order number. If you did not receive an order confirmation e-mail then your order did not go through and we don't have it. If you ask for a status update you will get another estimated time frame that your order may ship in. 

Q: Can you make a custom product not listed on your website?

A: Due to the current demand for the products we currently offer, we are NOT accepting any custom orders. 

Q: "I have a training class on ______ date, can you rush my order?

A: NO

Q: When will you get _______ pistol added to your holster line up?

A: When we buy that pistol mold, we will offer it. If it's not listed, it's not for sale. 

Q: How does your warranty work?

A: We back our products 100%. If you have an issue with your order that was something that we did wrong, please contact us via e-mail (listed below) and we will send you a return shipping label via e-mail to send it back so we can fix it. 

Please e-mail us for the quickest response. We are mostly in the shop now in the evenings now due to working a full time job with the state of Wyoming. The phone number listed is a landline that no one is there to answer most part of the day.
